I love this blog mainly because I love fruits. I'm not going to lie, most of what I eat are fruits. Anytime I go to the bridge, I crave some type of juicy fruit like apples and oranges. During the summer, my family and I probably go through a watermelon in two days!!

I really like this blog post... Fruits are very important to maintain the body's immune system. The fruits you have described as "superfruits" are some of my favorite fruits. They boost your energy level and enhance your daily outlook on life. I agree people forget to eat their fruits. They would much rather eat unhealthy snacks because they are cheaper. However, sooner or later they may be paying high prices in medical bills. Again, great post.
